Errol's quote came in over £150 less than my initial quote at another garage. The new water pump and cambelt was diagnosed on my VX Insignia after a full service recently. This guys knowledge of cars (all different makes & models) is extremely impressive and you can gauge this within just a few minutes of talking with him. A big plus point is the fact that Errol will happily drop you off back at home and pick you up when it is ready (within 5 miles) which saves a lot of hassle either waiting around or having to arrange lifts etc. I think this pump had needed replacing for some time as the coolant had leaked out all over the place. So Errol even cleaned the engine bay after he'd replaced the pump & cambelt - which he was not obliged to do but did it anyway. A nice touch. Definitely using this guy again. Extremely honest and a nice bloke too.
